general prosecutor of the Russian Federation, thanked Rustam Minnikhanov, the
head of the republic: “It is your initiative and your work. And I am delighted
by the conditions, in which our colleagues will learn and improve their
qualifications”. He noted that the Kazan
branch of the Academy was the fourth in Russia: there are already operating
branches in St. Petersburg, Irkutsk and in the Crimea. Alexander Buksman drew
attention to the fact that Kazan is a city with a rich history and culture,
known worldwide for holding major sporting events. “Students and listeners, who
will arrive in Kazan, will not only gain knowledge, but also learn the culture
of the city and the region, visit museums and theaters. This is one of the
factors why we chose Kazan”, said the first deputy general prosecutor of the
Russian Federation.
He also
noted the high level of the Institute’s teachers: the teaching staff includes
12 full-time units. 75% of teachers have academic degrees and titles. “The high
level of teaching impacts the learning outcomes, and they – the work”, said the
visitor.

the general prosecutor of Russia, for the fact that the request, made two years
ago, has found the support. “Kazan has a major law school. I am confident that
we will meet your expectations and do not let you down”, emphasized Rustam
Minnikhanov. He also added that highly qualified specialists are needed now,
and the law is changed and improved. Therefore, the opening of this institution
is important.

Russian Federation, also agrees with this. According to her, the Volga Federal
District has the second highest number of prosecutors. According to recent
