(KZN.RU,
May 10, Alsu Safina). Three more entrances for 87 apartments were commissioned
to the residential complex “MChS” in Kazan. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan,
visited the residential complex. He congratulated co-investors on the
long-awaited event and told them about the ongoing work to solve the problem in
this and other residential complexes.
There are 7
blocks (18 entrances) in the house for 527 apartments. Three entrances of the
first block of the house were commissioned on the eve of the New Year. 165
apartments have already been commissioned, taking into account three more
entrances of the block “A” now.
“The last
time we met, 78 apartments and three entrances were rented. Thank God, we have
moved on, now we are renting 87 more apartments”, noted the Mayor after inspecting
one of the apartments.
He said
that the land area of more than 11 hectares is in the process of clearance.
It is transferred from the federal property to the republican one to solve the
problem of co-investors. I. Metshin noted that this was achieved thanks to the
appeal of Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, to the federal
authorities. The plot of the federal land on Gubkin Street is allocated to the
ownership of the republic by the instructions of Igor Shuvalov, the first
deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. In addition, it is
assumed that an additional 3.3 hectares will depart from the territory of the
republican Ministry of Emergency Situations to solve the problem of
co-investors. “It will accommodate the social infrastructure and two residential
buildings”, said I. Metshin.
The Mayor
of Kazan drew attention to the fact that a lot of work was done together with
the federal agency – the Federal Property Management Agency. 13.2% of the
complex's apartments (or 17.5 thousand square meters) were to be transferred to
the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RT. To increase the profitability
of the residential complex, so that it becomes more attractive to investors, it
was suggested to reduce the area of housing, transferred to the department,
to 4 thousand square meters. As Ilsur Metshin noted, the issue is at the
decision-making stage. “After that, we see a reserve, which will allow us to
finish building the remaining houses”, he marked, adding that there are ideas,
in particular, about increasing the number of floors. However, the issue with
Rosimushchestvo must first be resolved.
“The
situation becomes clear, we are moving on”, noted I. Metshin.
He said
that due to ongoing work on problem houses, the construction of a house in the residential
complex “Tsaritsynsky Bugor” was started and the construction of the house №3 in
the RC “Molodezhny” is being completed.
