I work 16th year the Mayor and for me the most important thing in the civil service is the ability to love people. It is important to love children in the medical profession or as a teacher. In this profession you need to love people. You cannot learn it in college. It depends on the education in the family, on the character. Than experience and knowledge come. Of course, you have to be professional. If you are a lawyer, builder, you can work for a construction company, a financial institution, a bank ... But to work in authority you must be able to love people, to put yourself in their place first of all. Everyone who comes to us with any request really is a person in need. If you can put yourself in his place, if you see your mother, grandmother in the eyes of this woman - then you can go to the municipal service, the civil service and to serve people.
