I.Metshin comments on the demographic record for Kazan

For the fourth year in a row we break a demographic record. In 201422 thousand 949 children were born in the city to the delight of their parents. Also the second, third, fourth children in families have appeared. And in my opinion, the demographic record is the main result of 2014 year. This is a good indicator, a litmus test of how Kazan citizens, our young couples feel themselves. They are confident about the future. We grow with new happy kids, young couples who decide to give birth to the second and third children. I am very glad that they became even more than the year before. We work for them and do everything  to make our city comfortable, happy, safe, environmentally friendly.
