Deputies of Kazan City Duma approved the report of the election commission
(KZN.RU, December 29, Elena Chembaeva). Deputies approved today on the third session of Kazan City Duma of the second convocation the report of the Election Commission of the Municipality of Kazan on the receipt and expenditure of budgetary funds allocated for the election of Kazan City Duma.
Farit Garayev, the Chairman of the Election Commission of Kazan made a presentation.
27 million 750 thousand rubles were allocated for the elections, 22 million 869 thousand 170 rubles were spent, 4 million 880 thousand 829 rubles were returned to Kazan budget. In the cost structure the significant part of money is labor remuneration of members of Election Commission, whom 16 million 293 thousand rubles were allocated that is is 71 percent.
Based on the introduced to the Election Commission of the Municipality of Kazan final financial reports of candidates and electoral associations the total amount of money in the election funds was 12 million 100 thousand 245 rubles. The percentage of candidates, election associations amounted to 35 percent, voluntary donations from individuals were 5 percent, donations from legal entities were 35 percent, and 25 percent of the funds have been allocated a candidate put forward by the election association. In the cost structure there are costs dominations connected with printed and promotional materials production that is 55 percent. 194 thousand 100 rubles were returned from the election fund. 837 thousand 864 rubles were allocated proportionally to received funds after the elections (given back).
Deputies noted that there were no expenditures of budgetary funds for unauthorized purposes by
the Election Commission. Financial recourses of candidates for deputies, of election associations have also been used in the Election Code of RT in determinate order.
