(KZN.RU, December 10, Elena Chembaeva). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan has presented the new heads of the Executive Committee departments on the today’s Business Monday.
Elvira Albertovna Nurmuhametova has been assigned as the Head of the Municipal Records Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan by transfer from Kazan City Duma Staff (the ordinance of the Executive Committee of Kazan from 28.12.2010 № 11647).
Igor Vladimirovich Kulyazhev has been assigned as the Chairman of the External Improvements Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan by transfer from the Administration of the Moskovsky district (the ordinance of the Executive Committee of Kazan from 30.12.2010 № 11761).
Recall that the assignment of the new Chairman of the Improvements Department took place at night, on December 31, during the emergency meeting with the heads of traffic companies.
Elena Alexandrovna Toscheva has been assigned as the Head of the Municipal Activity Control and Anticorruption Policies Implementation Department of the Executive Committee Staff of Kazan by transfer from the Administration of the Aviastroitelny district (the ordinance of the Executive Committee of Kazan from 30.12.2010 № 11760). Previously she headed the Administration of the Aviastroitelny district.
