Academy of Childhood welcomed its first educatees

(KZN.RU, January 12, Ekaterina Andreeva). A new opened today kindergarten № 151 fully justifies its name - the Academy of Childhood.

The child care center located on the Bondarenko Street, 10a, in a three-story model building has the total area of 4,700 square meters. There is a swimming pool, halls for music and physical education, game rooms. Also speech therapy groups and groups of inclusive education are provided in the kindergarten. As explained Tatiana Petruchik, the Head of the preschool handicapped children with various diseases get education along with healthy children. "We have two little children with mild cerebral palsy. Earlier they had attended a kindergarten far from their home, in another district. After the opening of our kindergarten and the establishment of such groups we invited them to us", T. Petruchik said.

Kids visiting the new kindergarten will be able to learn also English and Turkish except their native languages - Russian and Tatar. At the request of kids they can learn computer literacy; there is a computer class in the kindergarten.

The kindergarten № 151 is designed for 260 people (14 groups of kids: 60 places for children from 1,5 to 3 years and 200 places for children from 3 to 7 years). According to the head, the kindergarten is fully completed. There are many children wanted to get into the preschool institution.

The program was prepared in Kazan under which 3 kindergartens will be finished (their construction was frozen), 5 new preschool institutions will be constructed. In addition 7 kindergartens that have been given to different organizations will be returned. In the case of its adoption the number of kindergartens will significantly rise, and the queue to the child care institutions will drop off.
