Tax rates can be brought down for 9 types of land use out of 16
(KZN.RU. March 1, Taisiya Basharkina). The issue on changes of land tax rates will be discussed in the Executive Committee of Kazan in the next session of the Conciliation Commission with the participation of Ildar Khalikov, Prime Minister of RT and Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan.
The Conciliation Commission proposed deputies land tax reduction for 9 types of functional use of land out of 16 ones. The issue is included in the last session of Kazan City Duma on March 3.
In the session of Kazan City Duma deputies will be offered to change land tax rates for 9 types of land use. Primarily it is planned to bring down rates for individual housing stock, garages and car service centers, industrial objects, trade objects, catering, public services, petrol and gas filling stations, hotels and other object.
