I. Metshin: "All the conditions for creativity are made in the Levchenko settlement"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 2, Zilya Gayfi). Renovated House of Culture "Polymer" opened in Kazan. The facility, located in the Moskovsky district at st. Rahimov, 29, serves a population of settlement Levchenko about 5000 residents. 13 clubs with the same interests are located in the center; they are visited by about 200 people. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin congratulated the residents with housewarming today.

The event was also attended by Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Social Affairs Natalia Grechannikova, Head of the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky disricts Damir Fattakhov, Head of the Department of Culture Aigul Gornysheva, director of the HC "Polymer" Denis Perelygin, as well as representatives of design and contracting organizations.

Overhaul of the House of Culture "Polymer" was carried out in the framework of the national program "Village clubs". All the engineering systems were replaced in the club, redevelopment of premises, renovation of toilets, ceilings, was carried out, walls were painted. 18 mln. 300 thous. rubles allocated for these purposes from the budget of Tatarstan.

Renovated club is equipped with an assembly hall for 252 places, rooms for practicing choreography, singing, arts and crafts, sports and recreational gymnastics. Ilsur Metshin inspected the premises, where at this time classes were conducted and talked with the members. The Mayor asked whether they like renovated club. According to the members of the ensemble of Tatar song "Miras", elderly villagers Levchenko now are able to be engaged in creativity in the club, which is located within walking distance from their houses.

As the director of the House of Culture Denis Perelygin noted, after completion of repairs the youth reached to the club. If before "Polymer" was mainly attended by children and pensioners, today adolescents engaged in sections of different orientation. In particular, the new club has become a permanent venue for the rehearsal of the cover band «Doratti». Band members praised the assembly hall, which has its own sound and lighting equipment, and thanked the Mayor of Kazan for the creation of such good conditions.

Ilsur Metshin, in turn, wished the members of the club success in creativity, noting that now all conditions are present for this. "We see the radical changes. This is significant event for the settlement Levchenko. Because of the presidential program "Village clubs" for the residents of the villages the same conditions as for the residents of the city center are created. It's great that our veterans and kids can find to do something good for their soul. Conditions are created, now it is important to saturate it with the content. I hope, the cultural life in the settlement will boil "- said the Mayor.

Recall the club with area of ​​1765.4 square meters was built in 1974. Total overhaul was not carried out here, which led to the physical deterioration of internal and external engineering services and premises. Opening of the updated club is a welcome event for the residents - there are 2 kindergartens, 1 secondary school, 1 boarding school in the area. In addition, the club "Polymer" is a regular meeting place of members and activists of the settlement.
