The Chairman of the Committee of the housing and communal services of the Executive Committee Iskander Giniyatullin reported about the readiness of housing organizations to work in winter at the stuff meeting.

In most cases the responsibility of housing organizations includes only the cleaning of yard driveways, entrances and walkways (their area is 4.5 million square meters). Driveways area of ​​2.6 million square meters is cleared in the framework of municipal contracts concluded by district administrations. Housing organizations serving the territories are secured.

According to Iskandar Giniyatullin, housing organizations are fully prepared for the winter season. An acute problem that prevents cleaning of households is the randomly parked cars.

Ilsur Metshin urged the heads of the districts to connect traffic police officers to this work. "There must be collaboration of district heads with traffic police. We cannot take out the trash and snow because of parked cars. Often the problem of snow removal is not a lack of municipal vehicles, not the absence of management companies or workers. As a rule the reason is the parked cars. We have to be patient and to conduct explanatory work with the population, "- said the Mayor.

Ilsur Metshin drew special attention on preservation of green space, which should not be affected during the winter cleaning. "Thanks to the President of Tatarstan we spend a great job of capital repair of yards. About 40% of the territory was put in order. In parallel with the landscaping we planted a large number of trees. As a rule, the snow is stored at the yards, so I appeal to the employees of public services and to car owners asking to be attentive to the green areas ", - said the Mayor.

The Mayor urged communal services to be prepared for all weather conditions. "We are at the beginning of winter. We have examined the technique for readiness. There must be no excuses about the fact that it was not enough time to hire janitors and municipal vehicles. Winter is always difficult, responsible and stressful period of work.
