Mayor Ilsur Metshin instructed heads of districts in the capital of Tatarstan to be in constant dialogue with entrepreneurs and tightly control how and where they remove the snow today at the Business Monday. Heads of the district administrations reported the Mayor of Kazan on the readiness of the commercial organizations to enter into contracts with licensed companies on the removal and disposal of snow at today's Business Monday.

Recall, according to the rules of improvement of Kazan municipal road enterprises are responsible for the cleaning of sidewalks along the road network, and the owners of shops, shopping malls, various institutions and yard areas - for these objects.

Ilsur Metshin drew attention to the fact that the number of contracts for snow removal must correspond to the number of contracts on utilization. "If the snow removal contracts are concluded but there is no contract on utilization, it means that employers violate the law, organizing unsanctioned dumps of snow," - said the Mayor and instructed to carry out checks on the implementation of agreements. Also the Mayor noted that public points of protection of an order should be the basis to work with offenders, district administrations should work closely with them. "Employees of public points of protection of an order have everything to restore order in the streets. This is our battle squad, we have to rely on it "- said the Mayor.

Ilsur Metshin urged enterprises of the city to take full responsibility for cleaning the city from the snow. "Kazan is our common home. Only together with entrepreneurs and residents we can make the capital of Tatarstan the most comfortable city in Russia", - concluded the Mayor and instructed the heads of the districts to be in constant dialogue with employers and to control how and where business organizations remove the snow.
