Owners of apartments must clean them themselves. I.Giniyatullin noted that in the case of ice dams falling from illegally made tops on the heads of passers-by and vehicles, the owner of the apartment will take the responsibility.

Mayor Ilsur Metshin stressed that patient advocacy about the possible legal consequences must be carried out with citizens - owners of apartments with balconies with non-projected tops. "Management companies, service organizations need to go from door to door to warn about the personal responsibility of the owners," - instructed the Mayor.
