The Mayor pointed out that the timely appreciation for the quality of work and the promotion of it are very important. "Many people know the janitors by name, vying to thank them for their work. Such employees should be encouraged, including through various competitions, - said I. Metshin. - People are always pleased when their work is seen not only to the residents, but also to the heads of management companies, the district and ​​the city".

There are those who, according to Ilsur Metshin, need to be given a shovel, "so they would sweep and scrub cleaner". The most uncleared yards will be the main criterion for evaluating the work of the management company. "Those contractors who will be in the basement of the table will not be admitted to the summer supplies. We will change those contractors and management companies, "- said the Mayor.

The Mayor instructed the head of the Executive Committee, the heads of districts to prepare proposals for the competition in a week's time. Its results will be summed every month and at the end of the winter period. "We need to know the best and worst. We must be able to give thanks for the work in time. And we have someone to thanks.
