Ilsur Metshin opened the winter sports season with a match with young hockey players of the school №15
(KZN.RU, December 21). Ilsur Metshin opened the winter sports season with the match with young hockey players of the school №15. The school's hockey box was updated 2 years ago. This year, on behalf of Ilsur Metshin, warm locker rooms were equipped with racks for hockey sticks, rubber flooring, shower rooms, a toilet and a storage room for hockey gates and other equipment.
Ilsur Metshin assessed the conditions and quality of ice by taking part in a friendly match with the school team “Volna”, winners of regional and city tournaments of young hockey players “Golden Puck”. Young athletes went to the ice with new clubs, which they received as a gift from the Mayor at the beginning of the season. Mixed teams were formed for fair play. Ilsur Metshin played in one of them, and Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, was in the other one.
The game was intense, young hockey players did not allow opponents to rest. Nevertheless, the match ended in a friendly draw 7:7. After the final whistle of the referee, the teams took a picture.
In this winter season, 77 plastic hockey boxes began to operate in Kazan. 69 coach-teachers of teenage clubs work on 58 hockey boxes.
