Kazan Mayor’s Office takes out 2-billion-rouble loan
The Troika Dialog investment company has provided an about 4-billion-rouble loan with a 12-percent interest for the Mayor’s Office of Kazan. The loan is to be used to repay high-interest loans it took out early this year, told a staff meeting today the Mayor Ilsur Metshin.
According to Metshin, a gainful financial deal has been conducted, which should allow decrease the amount of credit the Kazan authorities obtained a few years back. The low interest rate is evidence to that the Mayor’s Office is trusted by leading investment firms, since the Tatarstan capital has come to have a stable economic policy. By comparison, loans with 13 and 25 percent interest have been obtained by the Nizhny Novgorod region.
