Houses for veterans in Kazan will be delivered on time
All veterans living in Kazan will be able to move into new apartments before the end of this year. The Mayor of Ilsur Metshin today visited the construction of five houses that are built on the program to improve housing conditions of the veterans.
Recall, until May 1 this year in Kazan were able to improve their living conditions more than 500 veterans. Since 2005 on the account have risen 576 people more. Most of them - about 400 veterans - have already received certificates and signed contracts to purchase housing. Of these 150 veterans have decided to acquire housing for social mortgage, 222 - by the municipal program "Housing for citizens", the rest - on the secondary market.
Today in the capital of Tatarstan five homes for veterans are building. They are 16-storey one entrance panel houses. Two building sites are located on Dubravnaya street, two another on Zavoyskiy street, and the last house is being built on the Brothers Kasimovs street. According to the project most of the apartments in these buildings are - 355 - one room, a little over 150 - two rooms and there are several three-room apartments.
"We are pleased that we are building houses for veterans in the most populated districts of Privolzhsky area of Kazan. All around there are all necessary for the convenience of infrastructure: shops, hospitals, stops", - said the Mayor of Kazan.
The project involves construction and improvement of surrounding houses adjoining the territories. According to Deputy Chief of Staff of Privolzhsky area of Kazan Marat Nizamov, after building of houses for veterans landscaping will be completed: benches, a playground, recreation area equipped for children and adults will be installed, works on gardening will be done.
"Houses are built in a fairly short time, but with good quality, - said Ilsur Metshin - There is full confidence that our veterans will receive a new home in time".
