The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin met with leaders of the student community of the city at the City Hall today. The participants discussed public, creative and volunteer projects, as well as initiatives aimed at developing the youth environment of the capital of Tatarstan. During the meeting, it was decided to establish a BRICS+ Student Council, as well as hold a summer campus for volunteers as a platform for the exchange of practices.
