A multi-purpose complex “Yar Park” will be built in the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan. The project, which developer Kravt h&h positions as City 3.0, will combine business infrastructure, premium and business class housing, as well as recreational areas. The architectural concept of the complex was presented to the city and republican media at the Uram Extreme Park. Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Kazan Chief Architect Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, founder and CEO of Kravt hotel & homes Valery Kravtsun, attended the press conference.
The complex with a total area over 11 hectares at the intersection of S.Khakima and A. Bichurina streets is designed as a “city within a city”, combining residential, business and public functions. The main goal of the project is to create a new social and business center outside the historical core of the city, which will help to decongest the center of Kazan and create a new point of attraction for business and tourism.
The Mayor of Kazan recalled the importance of systematic support from the republican leadership, which made it possible to introduce international architectural practices.
“For almost 20 years we have come a long way in urban planning policy. I want to thank the Rais of Tatarstan, who pays great attention to the architectural appearance and infrastructure of Kazan, as well as the support of this project. I am happy that for two decades we have done such work together with the architectural community, with those who continue to create. We have become one of the leaders in attracting investments. Investors who enter the project at the start will definitely be in the black. This is an outstanding location with great views of the Kremlin, Kazanka, Volga and urban areas. We have been working on for a long time this top project. We build it for people, thinking not only about the price, but also about the value. We are building a new level of comfort.”
