Ilsur Metshin performs push-ups during the Phys Ed class in Kazan school No. 35
(Kazan KZN.RU, 21 May 2015). For a short while Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin replaced a Phys Ed teacher during his visit to school No. 35 of Privolzhsky district. The head of the capital of Tatarstan demonstrated the importance of a healthy lifestyle by his personal example and performed push-ups together with the pupils.
It is worth noting that Ilsur Metshin arrived thereat to participate in the meeting with the school principals on the issue of the introduction of unified school uniform. After the meeting Ilsur Metshin decided to make sure that all the conditions for successful learning, out-of-school activities and physical development are provided for the pupils.
While walking around the school territory the city head saw the pupils doing their physical training in the fresh air and decided to join the class by demonstrating the right way to push up. With a great enthusiasm the boys joined Ilsur Metshin. Thus, a common school lesson changed into an exciting meeting with the city head which surely inspired the pupils to new achievements.
