The Mayor took picture of the President with tourists at the opening of a new sculptural composition
The opening of the sculptural composition of the famous sculptor Dashi Namdakov took place at the Family Center “Kazan”.
The ceremony was held on the side where the ak-barses settled. Rustam Minnikhanov, Ilsur Metshin and Dashi Namdakov appeared at the sculptures in front of the microphone. All three were in good mood, joked a lot. Finally, the host announced: “Two winged ak-barses are symbols of Tatarstan, two dragons of the zilant are symbols of Kazan, they are called to demonstrate the firmness of the marriage foundations and strong family traditions, to protect family unions from adversity”. The Mayor was the first to made a speech: “For three years, the Family Center “Kazan” has registered and made happy 3 thousand families. This is the new symbol of Kazan. I want to thank two authors: President R. Minnikhanov and D. Namdakov. One gave birth to the idea, and the second brought it to life. Kazan is one big family, and let our two symbols “He and She”, the ak-bars and the zilant, symbolize love, family, and the most important values on earth”.
At the end of the exposition, a group of tourists from Yekaterinburg began to praise Kazan: “The city is very beautiful, thank you very much. We traveled a thousand kilometers from here”. R. Minnikhanov, being in extremely good mood, easily responded to the request to make a joint photo. The Mayor of Kazan took a picture.
“We are so lucky! It’s beautiful! Impressive. Unusual. We have never seen this anywhere”, guests from Yekaterinburg shared their impressions for a long time.
