(KZN.RU,
September 16). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the charity fair at
the HoC “Khimikov”. One of the sites opened in the park “Sosnovaya Roscha”,
where everyone could buy products made by children and support the good deed of
schoolchildren and pupils of kindergartens. Also, children's charity fairs were
held in the parks “Kontinent”, the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest, and the Gorky
Park. And the I charity market “Yardem bazaar” was held in the Kazan park
“Chernoe Ozero”.
Various
zones are located at the “Sosnovaya Roscha”, where several thousand citizens
gathered. Several photos zones were at the park entrance, which were decorated
in the autumn theme. Everything created an atmosphere of autumn cosiness:
colorful leaves of trees, large orange, sun-warmed pumpkins, ruddy apples, and
rugs on armchairs. Visitors of the fair could take part in various master
classes, for example, cut a beautiful sheet of wood from colored paper or make
a plane. Performances of art collectives created a festive mood on the stage at
the same time.
At the same
time, the trade was carried out at the fair. Everyone could buy homemade
jewelry, knitted things. Also, vegetables from gardens could be purchased:
squashes, pumpkins, various pickles, bakery, and much more.
The shelf
with wooden products attracted the attention of visitors. Ilsur Metshin bought
a cutting board, made of solid wood. As it turned out, this board has the
history. It appeared thanks to the project “Papa v dele” (Rus. “Dad in
action”). Ramil Zagidullin, a pupil of the 11 grade of school № 34, launched
the project. He together with his father made several crafts on a laser
machine. Very quickly, other pupils of the lyceum-boarding school № 2 joined
it. And many unusual wooden crafts appeared at the fair.
After
inspecting the grounds of the charity fair, the Mayor of Kazan greeted all
participants of the event: schoolchildren, teachers, parents, and residents of
the city who visited the fair today. The project grew to a citywide one and
collected several thousand participants.
“Today, all
educational institutions hold good fairs in Kazan. We started quite recently,
with tiny steps. And today all schools and preschool institutions went to the
fairs”, noted I. Metshin. Special words of gratitude were addressed to
teachers, headmasters of schools, and parents.
“Do good,
be kind, and know how to take care of others”, wished I. Metshin.
