The first phase of the residential complex "Nightingale Grove" in Kazan is being finalized
(Kazan City KZN.RU, August 18). Building of a residential complex "Nightingale Grove" is going in full swing in Kazan. The pace of construction of the object today inspected: First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin and others.
Residential complex "Nightingale Grove" is located in Privolghsky area in Kazan. Sports facilities - Volleyball Centre, a sports complex "Tulpar", as well as health care facilities - RCH and CRCH are near the site. The planned residential development provided 9-14 storey brick apartment houses of economy class, located on the land total area of 11.2 hectares.
According to project documentation, it is planned to build 2240 apartments, the total population will be 5.5 thousand people. The construction of the residential complex "Nightingale Grove" is divided into three stages. The first is in the final stage - more than 44 thousand sq.m. premises are commissioning. The second phase is scheduled to finish in 2016 - more than 20 thousand square meters of housing will be placed into service. The third phase of construction started this year and at the end nearly 35.9 thousand sq.m. to be built on the final stage. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, social obligations, such as the construction of a kindergarten, etc., the republic takes over itself.
Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Shuvalov visited the completed apartments in one of the houses, the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan says. During the inspection the first Deputy Prime Minister proposed the creation of special mechanisms to keep prices affordable. Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic today has also successfully implemented a program of social mortgage.
During the inspection of yard area guests were told that the improvement of the landscape with the installation of fountains, playgrounds and recreation area for adults is provided here. A separate boiler will provide heat and hot water for residential complex.
