According Ilsur Metshin, this man is no stranger to the football club "Rubin", his team and the coaching staff. "Together with me another new leader comes to the team of the club. Executive Directorate will be headed by Ilgiz Fakhriev, a person who is familiar with "Rubin", including as a player. Ilgiz Fakhriev worked in various positions, participated in holding of the Universiade and the World Cup in water sports. He has the experience that is useful to the club, "- said the president of FC "Rubin".
