Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of construction of houses in the new area M-14 in Kazan

In the new residential area ​​M-14 at the Orenburgsky tract in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan construction of the first house on the program of social mortgage is completed. House for 89 apartments will be put in operation before the New Year, along with a kindergarten for 260 places. Mayor Ilsur Metshin inspected progress of the construction site. The workshop was also attended by First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov.

Building for 89 apartments came to the finish line; in particular, the problem of heat supply is solved. As Azat Nigmatzyanov told, on behalf of the President of Tatarstan the house was equipped with a timing 3 MW boiler that heats the house and kindergarten sufficiently. At the moment, in the area of M-14 works on the construction of a permanent boiler are going on, next year it will operate to fully meet the needs of both built objects and houses, which will be put in operation in the future.

At the same time with the first house a kindergarten for 260 places will be put in operation. "In the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of RT notice of completion of construction of the kindergarten and the first house is sent. In the building of the kindergarten it is necessary to make works on decoration and install the equipment, "- Azat Nigmatzyanov said. To date, about 185 applications from parents who want to send their child to a new preschool has been already received.

Ilsur Metshin noted that the promised time frames need to be complied. "We promised the residents that before the New Year we will finish the work. We now have everything needed for this, work is organized properly. We need to promptly cope with this problem and deliver the object in time ", - said the Mayor of Kazan.

Recall, area M-14 is one of the largest housing projects in Kazan on the social mortgage program. Total in the area it is planned to build 17 houses for 3800 apartments. Thus, after the completion of the area 10478 Kazan residents will get the housing on preferential terms. More than 10 thousand citizens will not only improve their living conditions, but also will be provided with objects of social infrastructure: in the area 5 kindergartens, 2 schools and 5 multi-level parking will be built.
