I. Metshin: "Victory Day is the great glory of our heroes"

May 9 is a special day for our entire country. Victory Day is the great glory of our heroes, unwavering pride in the feats of those who not only brought the Victory, but also gave life to the future generations, freedom and peaceful sky above our heads. However, there lies the unbearable pain of loss of those who have not returned home, who have not met the new spring, became the victim of terrible war.

This holiday will always be to us something more than just an opportunity to celebrate the victory in the war. It is a reminder of how precious is peace, as infinitely precious human life is, how important it is to wake up in our home, near our family, to plan the future, to create a family, raise children and not be afraid of that tomorrow may never come.
