Ilsur Metshin's "Medialogia" rating keeps rising
(KZN.RU, October 3) At the end of September 2013, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin again took first place in the "Medialogia" rating among the heads of the Volga Federal District capitals.
The rating is based on some 13,000 most influential media sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and the Internet. It ranks the current heads of the capitals and other subjects of the Volga Federal District.
Ilsur Metshin's September media index amounted to 3244.99 points (in August, it was 2600.07 points).
It is worth recalling that Ilsur Metshin has been holding the lead in the "Medialogia" rankings for several months.
