This was announced by the deputy head of the Executive Committee on Housing and Public Works Alexander Lobov at a Business Monday meeting.
"On television, we can see only part of the trouble. Thanks to everyone who took part in the fund raising. We are in constant communication with our Far Eastern counterparts, so aid will be targeted and specific," said Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
