(KZN.RU, January 28). President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, in accordance with an Executive Order of the President of Russia, received awards for their contribution to the preparation and conduct of the 2013 Universiade.
"For the contribution to the preparation and conduct of the 27th World Summer Universiade-2013 in Kazan, the Order For Service to the Fatherland 4th class is to be awarded to Ilsur Raisovich Metshin and the Medal of Honor to Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov," states the Presidential Decree published on the legislative information website.
