New Chief of Staff of Kazan Executive Committee appointed
(KZN.RU, January 27, by Taisiya Bashkarina). Mayor Ilsur Metshin introduced the new Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee of Kazan at today’s Business Monday meeting. The position was granted to Igor Sivov, the ex-Deputy General Director of ANO "Executive Directorate Kazan-2013".
Ilsur Metshin pointed out that the new Chief of Staff does not need an introduction or references. "Igor Veniaminovich distinguished himself in Kazan’s Universiade bidding campaign in 2007. Undeniably, the main task in which he showed maximum organizational skills was the preparation for the Universiade 2013, especially the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games," emphasized the Mayor.
"After the success of the Universiade, Igor Veniaminovich had many job offers, including those outside of our republic, but we do not let go of such people," said the Mayor and wished Igor Sivov success in his new job.
