(Kazan, KZN.RU, March 18, by Zilya Gayfi) In the "Seven Islands"apartment complex under construction in Kazan's Aviastroitelny district the first building will be called "The Crimea." For the first time in our city, a park will be laid out on the complex grounds – a 3.5-hectare green pedestrian boulevard, the total area of greenery covering 5.8 hectares. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of construction of the residential complex today.
"Seven Islands," a 53-thousand-square-meter project consisting of seven apartment buildings, was launched in the first quarter of 2015. Each building will be named after an island. The residential area will have its own infrastructure: two car parks, sports and playgrounds, stores, offices and a recreation area.
Special attention in the implementation of the project will be paid to landscaping. A pedestrian Green Boulevard with plants, benches and flower beds will run through the neighborhood. This is a unique project for our city," said Emil Khusnutdinov, the chairman of the board of directors of OAO " Kazan Housing Investment Company." Ilsur Metshin, in turn, noted that in the Year of Parks and Gardens developers supported the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project will also be highly advantageous to apartment buyers.
