I.Metshin: "I am proud that such a wonderful family lives in Kazan"
(Kazan, KZN.RU, April 1, by Adelya Galieva). A naming ceremony of Nadezhda – the10th child in the family of Leonid Eduardovich and Raisa Viktorovna Vernikovsky – was held in the Family Center "Kazan". Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin congratulated the parents on the happy occasion and handed them the girl's first official document – a birth certificate.
The whole Vernikovsky family gathered at the ceremony in honor of Nadezhda (Hope). Little Nadya was lucky to be born in a very friendly and multi-faceted family of six brothers and three sisters.
The mayor addressed the large family with congratulatory words: "It is my honor as the mayor of a city in which the 1,200,000th resident was born last year, to congratulate you on the birth of Nadezhda – the 10th child in your wonderful family."
The mayor said that parents should not only educate children to be obedient and friendly, but also to diversify their talents. "You are an example of a happy family, an example that all parents should emulate. I am proud that such a wonderful family lives in Kazan! " concluded the mayor.
