I. Metshin is attending the Russian forum of local branches of "United Russia"
(Kazan City KZN.RU, November 12). Mayor of Kazan, secretary of the Kazan local branch of the political party "United Russia" Ilsur Metshin is attending the Russian forum of local branches of the party. Large-scale forum, which is attended by more than 2.5 thousand local branches of the party secretaries, is held at this moment in Moscow. The event of such size and scope is carried out for the first time in the Russian capital on the initiative of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, chairman of the party.
The main themes of the forum are preliminary vote before the elections to the State Duma and the discussion of the amendments to the anti-corruption legislation. Recall that there are 12 deputies of “United Russia”, representing Tatarstan, in the Russian State Duma.
As the head of the executive committee of the Tatarstan "United Russia" Andrei Kondratyev previously noted, it is important for secretaries of the local offices to hear the new main points firsthand. However, it is the possibility to obtain feedback from the authority of the party. The forum also will talk about the current trend on the financial discipline and transparency of income. Declaring of their income will be mandatory for deputies of all levels.
