Ilsur Metshin attended a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation

(Kazan City KZN.RU, November 19). Today in the meeting room of the Parliament the thirteenth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation was held. The session was attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Mayor Ilsur Metshin, and invited members of the Government.

Presidency introduced to the parliamentarians 38 issues, including the 9 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan and 23 laws of Federal legislation and initiatives of legislative assemblies of subjects of the Russian Federation. At the beginning of the meeting the chairmen of the parliamentary committees have introduced new questions. Thus, the adjusted agenda for the thirteenth meeting of the State Council of RT has included 46 questions.

During the meeting draft law on the budget of the republic in 2016 passed in the second and third reading, it received 280 amendments in the course of extensive discussions. The social component of the main financial law of the republic has reached 70%. Parliamentarians have stored funding for all major republican programs in the same volume. Now the law on the budget will be sent to the President of Tatarstan for signing, and after the publication it will come into force. Traditionally together with the draft of the budget of the republic for 2016 the draft budget of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund was reviewed in the State Council.

Moreover, Rustam Minnikhanov made a proposal to establish a working group of deputies and representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan on reaching a decision about the prospects for the introduction of charges for the movement of heavy cars at the regional roads. The Committee of economy, investment and entrepreneurship of the State Council of Tatarstan, led by Rafis Burganov, was appointed responsible for the formation of a working group. During the meeting justices of the peace were also elected, the press service of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan informs.
