During the inspection of the house the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan was accompanied by the First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, head of the administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Damir Fattakhov, director of the developer company "Ak-Tash" Gazinur Akhmetov and others.

According to Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first house of the area "Salavat Cupere" at st. Nurihan Fattah, 15 is actually ready to accept tenants. According to the program of social mortgage apartments in the residential complex "Salavat Cupere" are made in final finishing. This means that tenants will be able to live in the apartment on the day after receiving the keys at the state housing fund under the President of Tatarstan.

According to I. Metshin, just in a few years the quality of buildings being built under the social mortgage improved significantly. "Right now you can move here and live – there is all for that. It is seen that everything is done with quality! There is very good design of the studio - spacious kitchen and hallway. The windows are large! God grant that the settlers will live here happily, give birth to children, work and enjoy the life, "- the head of city praised the work of planners.

It should be noted that the yard area around the house is also landscaped - asphalt paths that lead to the future kindergarten are laid, children's and basketball sports grounds are made. Comfortable benches, urns are located in the yard of the future complex; a fenced area for garbage containers is developed. The only thing the yard is missing is joyful residents walking with their children in front of their new home.
