Ilsur Metshin was awarded an honorary diploma of Presidential Envoy
(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 15). Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich presented an honorary diploma to the Mayor of Kazan, the chairman of the Association of the Volga cities Ilsur Metshin.
The head of the capital of Tatarstan was awarded an honorary diploma of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation for their active work and significant contribution to the development of local government in the regions of the Volga Federal District.
Ceremony was held in the framework of the joint meeting of the District Advisory Council on Development of Local Government, the Association of legislators of the Federation and the Association of County cities of the Volga region, which takes place in these moments in Orenburg.
