Ilsur Metshin topped the rating of Mayors in 2015

(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 21). Mayor Ilsur Metshin leads the People's rating of Mayors of 2015. Center for Information Communications "Rating" with the support of the federal expert network "Club of Regions" has prepared a summary study of the 2015 on the evaluation of the mayors of regional capitals and large financial and industrial centers of the Russian Federation.

This study is the final in 2015. Elected heads of cities or, in the case of absence of elected head in the municipality, heads of city administrations are understood under the "mayors" in the study.

The ranking researchers turned to open source materials and insider information. But the main focus the experts of CIC "Rating" paid to the views of regional and federal experts. This source determined the final results.

At the end of 2015 the victory of Ilsur Metshin is quite natural. On the strengths of the Mayor, who was personally involved in the organization of large-scale international forums and events, experts and analysts of “National rating” have repeatedly written. Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan led the study table four times, not counting the final rating, once he ranked second and once was with "bronze". During the year of research he never dropped below fourth place. The head of Tatarstan's capital also took first place in the individual category "Leader of the Year".
