Rustam Minnikhanov handed order "Duslyk" to Ilsur Metshin
(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 25). Order "Duslyk" was presented today by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. The award was part of the X Congress of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held in the HTEC "Corston".
The forum was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Mayor Ilsur Metshin, chairman of municipal formations of RT Minsagit Shakirov, the members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma of the Republic of Tatarstan, the members of the Government of Tatarstan, officials of the Office of the President, deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan.
New state award - the Order "Duslyk" - was approved in April 2015 by the State Council of Tatarstan. The Order is awarded to citizens of Russia and foreigners for special merits in strengthening friendship and cooperation between Tatarstan and other states, the subjects of the Russian Federation, for a particularly fruitful activity in the development of economic and cultural relations, charity and investment activities.
