VI session of the Kazan City Duma will be held on April 20
(Kazan City KZN.RU, April 12). The sixth session of the Kazan City Duma will be held on April 20 at 10.00. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Presidium of Kazan City Duma, chaired by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
As secretary of Kazan City Duma Lyudmila Andreeva reported, at the forthcoming session 9 questions are scheduled for review, 5 of which are planned, others were made by the reception of the Executive Committee of the city and of the standing committees of the Duma:
On the creation of stable conditions for inter-ethnic and inter-confessional consent in Kazan;
On execution of the Program of socio-economic development of Kazan in 2011-2015;
On the execution of the budget of Kazan in 2015;
On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the budget of the municipality of Kazan in 2016";
On Amendments to map areas of city planning regulations of land use and development of Kazan;
On Amendments to the decision of the Kazan City Duma "On the procedure for the identification and dismantling of arbitrarily set and (or) illegally placed objects of movable property on the territory of Kazan";
On the legislative initiative of the Kazan City Duma;
On Amendments to the Articles of Association of the municipality of Kazan;
On Amendments to certain decisions of the Kazan City Duma on the establishment of the limits of territorial public self-government.
Presidium members also discussed the issue of amending the decision of the Presidium of Kazan City Duma "On promoting the territorial self-government in Kazan".
"The task of the deputies is to promote the territorial self-government activity in their districts," - L.Andreeva said. Due to the fact that from September 2015 the new working structure of the City Duma works, it was asked to enter a new consolidation of the territorial governments of the existing deputies. Ilsur Metshin urged deputies to organize the effective work with territorial self-government, to inform the government about the development of the city and programs implemented in the capital of Tatarstan. "Local public authorities are our helpers in the work with the population," - the Mayor of Kazan said.
