(KZN.RU, September 11, Ksenia Shvetsova). A smart entryphone that opens the doors for the residents of the house and informs about guests by phone, the garbage dump site, equipped as the quest, and other modern technologies, was used during the major repair of the house №100 on Dekabristov Street in the Moskovsky district of Kazan. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city, inspected the results of the works. He assessed the modern approach to overhaul and urged the tenants to protect the renovated house and yard.
The five-storeyed house on the Dekabristov Stree has been built in 1965 and never been repaired at all. For a long time, it required updating, as local residents repeatedly spoke about. On their initiative, the house was put into the capital repair program for the current year. Within its framework, more than 16.5 million rubles were allocated to the facility. They changed the engineering networks of hot and cold water supply, repaired the basement, the entrance, the facade, changed the roof, installed weather control units, CCTV cameras. The contractor organization was the OOO “RSS Engineering”, the subcontractor was the OOO “Etalon”.
During the overhaul, various modern technologies were used for the first time. For example, an unusual smart entryphone was installed. Residents at home can install a special application on their phone, and thanks to this they will always be aware of who came to them, even if they are not in the apartment at the time. “There is around-the-clock video surveillance. We plan now to integrate all this into the system “Safe City”, said Oleg Kalimov, the director of the OOO “UK ZhKKh of the Mosckovsky District”.
You can also call the special services, an ambulance, the police, and gas service, and even open the door without hands with smart entryphone. A special key opens the door through Bluetooth when approaching the entrance. The residents of the house appreciated the new technology. And if a resident of the house has a debt to pay for utilities, he will listen to a mandatory voice notification. He won’t be able to get into the apartment until the end of it.
Special anti-spam mailboxes have been installed in the entrances during the overhaul. They also open by a special key. In addition to tenants, only a postman will be able to open such a box. It will prevent putting advertising leaflets and newspapers in mailboxes. In addition, the workers hide all the wires and communication lines that were assembled in special iron boxes.
“It is not just different quality, it is a different atmosphere, different Kazan. This house, as they say, is a house of a high standard, such beauty does not happen in every new house”, said I. Metshin, having examined the renovated house.
A resident of the house Lyudmila Inshakova thanked the head of the city for the new conditions. I. Metshin noted the importance of careful attitude to the repair. “Now it is important that people can keep it in this state. We cannot do such repairs every year, so we need to work with the residents, with the children, explain to them how to keep all this”, said the head of the city.
Over 2 million rubles were allocated for the repair of the yard territory, more than 15 million were spent on the renovation of the asphalt pavement. Igor Kulyazhev, the deputy head and the chairman of the Committee for External Improvement, said that during the repair, about 7 thousand square meters of asphalt have been replaced. “In general, the asphalt pavement in the yards is about 76% renovated. We plan to complete everything by the end of September”, explained I. Kulyazhev.
“The work affected about 2 thousand people. A children's and sports grounds appeared there, the asphalt covering was completely renewed”, said the director of the UK.
In addition to sites, landscaped recreation areas, a modern container platform for separate garbage collection was installed there. “The site is made in the form of a quest. We are focusing on the younger generation, because it must be taught from childhood. Instead of the ordinary urns on the site, there are original targets that must be reached”, explained O. Kalimov.
The built-up area looks very unusual. It is fenced with transparent walls. This is done to encourage people not to leave garbage just on the asphalt. Small windows for garthe bage of various kinds placed on the green wall with the so-called “targets”; urns for batteries were installed. If someone wants to throw out larthe ge garbage, there is a special door. According to O. Kalimov, the arrangement of such a site cost about 400 thousand rubles.
Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head, responsible for Housing and Communal Services, said that taking the production of such sites to the assembly line help to save. The benefit of sorting wastes proved itself. There are stands on the site show that thanks to the collection of secondary raw materials, yard improvement is carried out.
The Mayor praised the idea of such a modern approach to the organization of a garbage dump. “The results of the work are very impressive. This is the case when we see an integrated approach to overhaul. Now both the house and the yard are put in order. Plus, there is a separate garbage collection site. And most importantly, now people can see where their money from sorting went”, said I. Metshin said. “This is a real second birth for the neighborhood”.
At the end of the survey, the city's head instructed to study the experience of arranging the garbage dump and consider the possibility of applying it in other yards of the city. Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Housing and Communal Services Committee, also attended the meeting.
