(KZN.RU, January 23). The "Medialogia" company has prepared a media rating among the capital leaders of the Volga Federal District in 2013. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin topped the list.
The rating is based on the analysis of about 13,000 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and online media. Ilsur Metshin was most frequently mentioned in connection with the preparation and holding of the Universiade in Kazan. Ilsur Metshin scored 16,063.68 points; Mayor of Perm Igor Sapko came second (4378.89 points); Mayor of Samara Dmitry Azarov came third (4332.59 points).
