(Kazan, KZN.RU, July 16) Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin led the July "People's Rating" among the heads of Russia's capitals. The center for information and communications "Rating" conducted a large-scale study evaluating the popularity of the mayors (heads) of the Russian Federation capitals.
In their study, the researchers used open-source material and official statistics. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin was named a leader of the "People's Rating" with 78 points. The heads of Krasnodar and Moscow – Vladimir Evlanov and Sergei Sobyanin – took second and third places with 76 and 74 points, respectively.
