Ilsur Metshin again tops Medialogia ratings among Volga Federal District capital heads
(Kazan, KZN.RU, August 13). The media monitoring and analysis system Medialogia prepared the July 2014 ratings of the Volga Federal District capital heads.
Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin has retained the media rating leadership. His July media index, based on the analysis of the federal and regional media, was 2516.1 points.
In second place was Samara Mayor Dmitry Azarov (949.65 points), and Nizhny Novgorod Mayor Oleg Sorokin took third place (682.58 points).
It is worth recalling that Ilsur Metshin has held the Medialogia lead for several months.
