Ilsur Metshin announces expansion of concessional lending programs
(Kazan, KZN.RU, March 6, by Zilya Gayfi). Interest rate subsidies will be increased from 5 to 10% under the city program of concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses as part of the anti-crisis measures. This was announced by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at today's meeting with entrepreneurs.
According to Ilsur Metshin, the municipality is trying to meet entrepreneurs' needs, because it understands that the main issue for business is money. "Interest rates have grown seriously. The program to subsidize interest rates for small and medium-sized businesses has been in existence for seven years. During this time, we issued credits totaling 838 million rubles. The program has covered over 300 participants, and today, given the current situation, we have decided to expand the coverage. Interest rate subsidies will amount to 10% instead of previous seven years, 5%," announced the mayor of Kazan.
The mayor also expressed the readiness to expand the list of participants in compliance with requests received from city textile and manufacturing enterprises.
