Ilsur Metshin believes that the appointment of Ildar Khalikov to the post of Prime Minister - a very strong recruiting decision of the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov. "The fact that for candidacy of Khalikov voted almost all the deputies, says a lot" - noted the Mayor of Kazan.
Ilsur Metshin noted extensive experience of the new Prime Minister as a crisis manager. I.Khalikov worked on KAMAZ in a very difficult for the car factory time.
