(KZN.RU, April 11, by Renat Shirmanov) The assembly of the stage for the 2013Universiade opening ceremony must be completed on time -- by April 24. The construction workers have every opportunity to make this possible. This was stated by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at an onsite meeting at the "Kazan-Arena" stadium.
Ilsur Metshin emphasized that it is important to complete the work on time because it would be followed by the installation of equipment to be used in the colorful opening ceremony. After the completion of construction work, rehearsals will start at the "Kazan Arena".
