I. Metshin: "We have fulfilled all the programs for the construction of social facilities"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 21). This year in Kazan all programs for the construction of social facilities were met. "We are accustomed to that every year we start from a pit, and in the end of the year we put into operation social facilities according to the strictest standards, while never the quality suffered for keeping the terms. There are very few such regions in Russia, where throughout the year construction of social facilities is started and accurately finished the same year,"- the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin said, speaking at the Business Monday in the Executive Committee of the city.

Head of capital construction and reconstruction department of the Executive Committee Marat Samigulin spoke about the results of construction of the year. In 2015 the construction of social facilities in Kazan took 10 billion rubles. All programs for the construction of social facilities in Kazan in 2015 are done 100%. The major share of investment funds accounted to the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 7.6 billion rubles, aimed at the construction of houses for social mortgage in the areas "Salavat Cupere", M-14, at the Orenburgsky tract. The main requirement for the construction in the new areas is a parallel construction of social infrastructure.

Construction of the first stage of the new residential area "Salavat Cupere" includes 4 quarters of 22 houses on 6392 apartments at the area of ​​384,160 sq.m. The first residential building №5 in the quarter №13 in "Salavat Cupere" for 255 apartments with total area of ​​15.2 thousand square meters is already put into operation. Another 4 houses for 1079 apartments are prepared to handing in. In the residential area 2 kindergartens for 520 places are already built and ready for putting into operation.

The construction of residential buildings of 2nd line in "Salavat Cupere" for 3179 apartments with total area of ​​192 square meters is ready to start.

Construction of 4 houses on 854 apartments with a total area of ​​50,489.67 square meters is on go in the area M-14 in Privolzhsky district. A kindergarten for 260 places is preparing for putting in operation on the territory. A total at area of ​​over 45 hectares it is planned to construct 219 thousand square meters of 3628 apartments with the necessary social, cultural and recreational infrastructure. In the 1st quarter of 2016 commissioning of the house №3 for 306 apartments at the Orenburgsky tract is planned. Also a kindergarten for 260 places is built.

431.170 million rubles have been allocated for the construction of social facilities from the budgets of all levels. For example, in New Savinovsky district of Kazan construction of the largest in Tatarstan school №179 for 1375 pupils was completed. The project cost is 815 million rubles. Logistics of the school involves separate spaces for students of different ages. In addition to classrooms the school has two gyms, two act halls, dance hall, 25-meter swimming pool, cinema studio and even a school printing press.

And school №90 got one of the 15 fitness centers of open type built this year in Russia. It includes a football pitch and athletics area with bleachers and locker rooms, game room, hockey, basketball, volleyball grounds and a variety of exercise equipment and ammunition for training of street workout.

An indoor ice skating rink "Golden Puck" at Gavrilov street was put in operation. Funds in the amount of 100 million rubles for its construction were a prize for the winner of the All-Russian Hockey Amateur Championship in 2013. Co-financing of the project from the budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan (75 million rubles) and Kazan (80.485 million rubles) allowed building a modern arena with a hockey rink, gym and ancillary facilities.

In addition, in 2015 with 60.6 million rubles from the republican budget 18 universal sport grounds in the yards of houses and schools of Kazan were built.

1.8 billion rubles under the "Road Map" were spent to eliminate queue in kindergartens on the construction of 20 kindergartens throughout the city and outlying residential areas Koyashly, Konstantinovka and Sosnovka. 14 kindergartens were put into operation; the remaining 6 will be finished before the end of the year. Implementation of this program provides 3,210 additional places in preschool of Kazan.
