Seven new offices of the Doverie Center for psychological and pedagogical
assistance to children and youth will open in Kazan. The offices will be
located in Derbyshki, Yudino, Salavat Kupere, Privolzhsky and Sovetsky
districts. This was reported to the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at the summing-up
meeting on the results of the work in 2022 by the Chairman of the Committee on
Children and Youth Affairs Aliya Zagidullina.
After the opening of new offices, the total area of the center will almost
double – from 1,800 square meters to 3,000 square meters. 112 million rubles
have been allocated for the renovation. The number of employees of the center
will increase by almost 70 people, currently 112 people are employed at the
center.
In 2022, one of the main results in the sphere of youth policy was the
completion of the overhaul of 10 branches of the Doverie Center. The works were
carried out for a total amount of 160 million rubles. Utilities were replaced
in the offices, redevelopment and general construction works were carried out
according to design projects. Branches are now available for disabled people.
The first branch opened after renovation in the Moskovsky district on
Kulakhmetov Street. The renovated offices were visited by the Mayor of Kazan
Ilsur Metshin.
Last year, 51,500 people used the services of the Doverie Center, where psychologists
conducted 7,400 individual consultations. The center's helpline received almost
16,400 calls from residents of the city. 170 couples applied to the Young
Family School, half of them saved their marriage. In addition, consultations
were organized in two public spaces – Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest and in the Sosnovaya
Roshcha (Pine Grove) Park in summer. In total, 119 consultations were held in
three parks in two years.
Since 2022, the specialists of the Doverie Center have also been providing
free psychological assistance to the families of the mobilized during face-to-face
and remote consultations. Calls are received around the clock by phone:

city. 210 people, family members of the mobilized, asked for a psychological
assistance.
This year, it is planned to organize a psychological service to support families
with children with disabilities, as well as to increase the coverage of
participants of the Digital Hygiene project, which has been implemented for 5
years for specialists working with teenagers and youth in teen clubs,
counselors of children's health camps of the republic of Tatarstan. In
addition, the plans include the provision of services in the Tatar language.
