administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky city districts, shared plans and
summed-up results of work at the Business Monday meeting.
“The transformations have not been completed after celebrating its 100th
anniversary in Yudino. This year we plan to put into operation a children's activity
center– the former Youth Center, which in Soviet times was sold to private
owners. We have built a new one and this year we plan to launch the project,”-
said Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan. In addition to the opening of the
children's center for supplementary education, it is planned to build a youth
center on Chernomorskaya St., purchase musical instruments to the children's
music school-2, complete the overhaul of library No. 27 and renovate canteens
at four schools.
“A lot of creative work is being carried out, which transforms the Kirovsky
district. Now it is not like a distant relative, but a full member of a family with
great potential for development. We see and feel this development every day,”-
said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
