Ilsur Metshin again tops Volga Fedral District heads rating
(KZN.RU, August 8) According to the "Medialogia" information analytical system, in July, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin again took first place in the media rating among the heads of the capitals of the Volga Fedral District.
The rating is based on the analysis of some13,000 of the most influential media sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and online media. Ilsur Metshin's index was 1059.70 points, which was twice as high as the June figure (522.82 points).
In the opinion of the raters, the increase is due to the Mayor's active part in the Kazan Universiade; he emphasized the event's importance for the city and its residents.
Head of the Kazan Executive Committee Alex Pesoshin was among the top three administrators of the Volga Federal District capitals, his rating having risen10 points in one month. He scored 106.42.
