Ilsur Metshin tops September media rating among Volga Federal District city heads
(Kazan, KZN.RU, October 15) In September 2014, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin again took first place among the heads of the Volga Federal District capitals according to the Medialogia media monitoring and analysis system rating.
The rating is based on the analysis of some 13,000 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and online media. Medialogia ranks the city heads and heads of administration of the Volga Federal District capitals.
